Case of Time Travel - "For All Time" by Caroline B. Cooney

Let say your class field trip leads you to New York the Museum of Natural History. Your first thought is field trip means no classwork so you pretty happy about the way this day is going to go. Your bus arrives you disembark and then you and your friends are ushered into the the atrium to wait for your guide. The Museum of Natural History is enormous so you take in the view of the lobby and notice a girl about 16 years old. Okay that's no big, shes probably with another tour group. Then you notice that she's dressed strange. Yep and I don't mean New York Weird either! I mean her clothes don't look like they are from this time period. At first you think that maybe she's part of the exhibit. While you wait for the tour to start you notice that she is headed for the Egyptian Exhibit with what looks like a map guide, she stops in front of a picture of a dig. She stops to read the caption, okay up to now your a little bored. So your class goes on the tour. Later that afternoon during lunch in the Museum Cafeteria you notice that she's talking with a boy. You have nothing better to do but stare cause by now you just want to get out of the museum but something really weird happens! If you didn't see it with your own eyes you wouldn't believe it, their seems to be darkness that surrounds her, at first almost like a halo then it gets bigger and the next thing you know she's disappeared before your eyes! This leaves the kid who was talking to her just a little freaked out! You know she didn't walk away!
